Subscriptions and billing
Midplexia is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. Your first month is charged upfront when you subscribe, and renews automatically until you cancel. Annual plans are billed once for ten months of the monthly price (two months free). Prices are in USD and taxes are calculated at checkout.

If Midplexia isn't for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.
Conversation allowances
Each plan includes a number of AI conversations per calendar month. A conversation is one customer chat session. Counters reset on the 1st of each month and unused conversations do not carry over. If you exceed your allowance, additional conversations are billed automatically at $10 per 500 conversations. We notify you by email and in your dashboard when you reach 80% and 100% of your allowance.
Fair use
Plans are intended for normal business use by a single business (or the number of locations included in your plan). We may review, rate-limit, or suspend accounts with abnormal usage — including automated traffic, resale of access, load testing, spam, or usage that materially exceeds what a comparable business generates. Where possible we will contact you before taking action.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content your secretary is given and for the accuracy of the information published on your public page. You may not use Midplexia for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your desk stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for.
